How long will the Guided Relaxation Tour be?

The video listening presentation will last approximately 40 minutes. At that point, attendees may choose to leave or stay for a discussion period.

How should I prepare for the Guided Relaxation Tour?

We suggest wearing headphones to listen to the tour if at all possible while sitting in a comfortable, private space for maximum relaxation benefit.

We will send out a Zoom link to participants before the event. We have also added the link to the Online Event Page portion of this Eventbrite event.
